National Night Out :
HOA Board of Directors
The purpose of the NNO Committee is:
· To plan the annual National Night Out event
· To advise the community on security issues
The ACC Committee:
The purpose of the ACC committee is:
· To work with the property management company as requested to approve home improvements and new structures to existing homeowners property
· To ensure deed restrictions are adhered to when improvements are requested by homeowners
The Newsletter Committee:

The purpose of
the Newsletter committee is:
· To create a quarterly newsletter and coordinate with the other committee
chairpersons for any committee news.
· To make a proposed yearly budget to be turned in to the board
· To coordinate with the web master for articles and news to publish
on web site.
· To encourage all residents to input ideas into the newsletter.
The Activities Committee: Michaelann
The purpose
of the Activities committee is:
To organize parties at the pool or pool parking lot for the children of the neighborhood, to encourage residents to become active in their community and to make a proposed yearly budget to present to the board.
The Landscape Committee: Tiffany Drewa
The purpose of the Landscape committee is:
· To award first and second place yard of the month for 12 consecutive months. (October and December will be selected on decorations for the respective holiday)
· A gift certificate will be awarded to each homeowner selected in $10.00 or $20.00 increments.
· Assist the board of directors in voting on a contract for a Landscape company.
· To make a proposed yearly budget to be presented to the board
· To meet monthly
· To provide an overall good feeling to the community and encourage homeowners to participate in the yard of the month
